Generally a single mother earning less than $50,000 for a family of four. She's employed but still cannot keep up with rent and basic living expenses.

Often a lifelong Cape or Islands resident, facing rising food, heat, housing, and medical costs, trying to remain safely housed and independent.
The Working Family
Essential workers — teachers, healthcare workers, tradespeople, hospitality staff — who earn too much for state or Federal assistance but not enough to afford the cost of living.
